The Weight Watcher system uses the natural movement of pigs from water to feed to automatically divide pigs as they pass through the Survey Scale™. Animals are sorted into two feeding groups based on the median weight.

With a multi-functional, intuitive controller, accurate phase feeding and market auto-sorts are possible. You can choose either of two operation modes.

Weight Watcher mode sorts by dynamically set weights.
Static mode sorts by user set static weight ranges.

Both modes record sort counts, sort limits, and provide switch able sort directions.

In Weight Watcher mode, the sort weight is the median weight for the group by default. This sort weight is determined daily by the Survey Scale electronics and adjusted automatically as your animals grow based upon all animal weights recorded the prior day, saving you and your staff valuable time.

Feed by Weight - Not Location or Calendar Dates
The Weight Watcher system helps you feed each pen to reach market quicker at the exact weight your processor demands. Each day you will know the weight distribution of your pens so that phase feed changes are efficient, easy, and accurate. Match growth and minimise wasted nutrients by feeding lightweights a high performance feed to accelerate gain and finish fast. Likewise, feed heavyweights a feed that maximises return on gain.

Automatically keep your weight range tight throughout the finishing cycle. Fewer market sorts are needed, and facilities are turned quicker. Larger groups of market weight pigs are available for delivery to the processor.
